Fresh, nutritious and wholesome meals
delivered weekly.
Today's
hectic lifestyles often find good intentions of better health left
in the dust. Exercising and planning and cooking healthful meals for a family takes
time and effort a lot of us just don't have. And kids often turn their
noses up at eating "healthy" and losing out on their favorite dishes.
If you're about to give up in your quest for better
health for yourself
and those you love, and need a bit of help, you're in luck.
While she can't do the exercising for you,
Dancing Women Meal Delivery owner Vickie Bishop can help with
the meals. Her mostly organic fresh meal
delivery service is your solution to convenient and affordable healthy
meals.
Vickie will do all the shopping and
cooking and deliver fresh, high-flavor, low-fat, mostly organic meals including salads, main dishes, side dishes and breads
in as many servings as you need, right to your door
weekly.
Vickie uses only the freshest and purest
ingredients to create such tempting homemade favorites as Sweet
and Sour Chicken with Brown Rice, Enchiladas, Chili Corn Burgers,
vegetable laden Minestrone Soup and Fresh Bread.
She also offers vegetarian and vegan dishes, such as
Vegetable Miso Soup, Greek Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Feta and Indian Curry.
Wonderful dishes, using protein replacements such as tofu, tempeh, and
seitan. She also cooks yeast, wheat, and dairy-free foods for
those people on elimination or allergy diets.
And, if you're worried about your taste buds getting
bored, worry no more. The menu changes monthly!
You can get started on the road to better health and a
less stressful life for as little as $40 a week. For details on Dancing Women Meal

Dancing Women Home Style Meals
Vickie Bishop, licensed caterer, USPCA Personal
Chef
"I want to help families sit down and eat together, and eat
healthy," says Vickie Bishop, owner of Dancing Women Home-Style Meals. She prepares delicious, seasonal dinners for
working families, single professionals, and people with
emergency needs such as an illness or new baby. Individuals or
groups often sponsor meals for people in crisis.
"I use fresh, wholesome and mostly organic ingredients", Vickie says. "I have dedicated myself to go the extra length to find the freshest produce from as many
local farmers as weather and growing season permits."
On a typical cook day, it's like
preparing Thanksgiving dinner for a large family. The crew at
the kitchen dance about
stirring pots of bubbling sauce, sautéing vegetables, and rotating
casseroles through the ovens. "Eventually, as the business
grows, I visualize a group
of women bustling around a kitchen, cooking, working, bumping into each other,
laughing and talking, putting that good energy into the meals" she says. "Hence
the name Dancing Women."
Dancing Women prepares chicken or vegetarian dishes, full of
flavor, but not too spicy. Requested dishes include veggie stew, split pea soup,
lasagna, enchiladas, and Chinese and East Indian entrees. Prices are
moderate, based on Vickie's surveys of how much friends spend
on groceries and averages provided by the state Department of
Social and Health Services. Her home cooking is much less
expensive than eating out, as well as being healthier.
